Colleen Corrigan
Colleen has worked for the Protected Areas Programme since 2007, engaging in a range of different projects including regional marine protected area management, social assessments of protected areas, ecological connectivity issues, and governance aspects around protected areas. She currently leads on indigenous peoples and local community conservation topics dealing with protected areas, livelihoods, recognition and rights.
Her previous roles included managing a marine learning partnership for The Nature Conservancy and analyzing marine mammal conservation policy for the US Fish and Wildlife Service. She enjoys exploring new places and meeting fellow artists around the world.
