Jamie assists on a range of projects undertaken by the Conventions and Policy Support programme, working on IPBES and synergies between conventions. He joined the Centre in June 2012 shortly after completing a degree in Geography at the University of Cambridge, during which he undertook research into the effectiveness of strategies to reduce environmental impact of an environmental movement in the UK.
