Meet our staff
Philipp Gassner
Philipp is an intern in the Ecosystem Assessment Program with an strong interest in both the science-policy and the development-biodiversity interface. He is currently working on different projects concerning the UNCCD and IIED partnerships, biodiversity mainstreaming, a workshop toolkit for capacity building, MPA best practice and IPBES. Philipp has a B.Sc. degree in Geoecology and Ecosystem Management and a broad experience in various areas of conservation. He usually enjoys surfing and swimming but just joined a rowing club in Cambridge for the sake of variety.
