We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Informatics team to work on high profile projects creating web and mobile applications that help protect biodiversity and the natural world.

Reporting to the Head of Informatics, the post holder will manage small teams of developers to deliver high-quality web projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre’s programme staff to translate the technical needs of partners into efficient solutions, plan and manage delivery of those solutions, and be responsible for ensuring quality throughout their design and implementation. The post holder will also be expected to support the development and design of new initiatives and projects, driving the Centre forward in delivering its strategy.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of effective project management using agile methods, including collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills in order to support the timely development of our digital products. They will be a skilled communicator and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant open source web technology. An understanding of, and interest in, environmental conservation will be a key advantage to this role.
