Audrey provides a range of technical and analytical support to the Ecosystem Assessment and Policy Support Programme. In addition to enhancing countries’ National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plans to more effectively reach national and global biodiversity targets, Audrey supports the Connect project to bring policy-relevant biodiversity data and information to the centre of government decision making. Audrey also works on integrating more credible and comprehensive biodiversity indicators into corporate reporting on global policy frameworks.
Audrey began at UNEP-WCMC in the Business and Biodiversity Programme, supporting work on forming a common view among key stakeholders on the measurement, monitoring and disclosure of corporate biodiversity impact and dependence. Prior to joining the Centre, Audrey contributed to a project at the International Institute for Environment and Development on enhancing the socially equitable governance of protected areas. Audrey holds a Master of Science in Environment, Politics and Globalisation from King’s College London and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Colorado College.
