HR Business Partner working closely with the Head of Programmes to implement the People Strategy across the delegated programmes. Supporting resource planning, ensuring that recruitment is completed in an effective and timely way, assisting with staff development, delivering on training needs and ensuring that progression opportunities are supported. Melanie previously worked as HR Adviser at Cambridge University in the School of Clinical Medicine advising on a wide range of HR issues and casework management. She achieved an MA in Human Resource Management, CIPD level 7 in September 2016 in her own time whilst working 4 days per week, improving her insight into current strategic HR thinking.
Employee relations and leadership development are Melanie’s HR passions, these first being utilised as HR Manager within Tesco stores where she opened and operated 2 new stores. Melanie also has experience as HR Adviser to 20 schools, located across the UK.
