The main purpose of this full time role is to provide customer support to colleagues, and visitors for all aspects of facilities, amenities, health and safety, reception and programme administration to the Centre.
You will be enthusiastic and aspire to deliver great service; a team player working in partnership with colleagues to ensure the business needs are met. The role will enable you to develop new relationships and offer the opportunity to develop your future career.
As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be compassionate and genuine, taking time to get to know your customer needs, so that you can proactively and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. Acting with integrity, taking time to resolve queries, you will give your customer reassurance through the services you provide, helping them to do their jobs.
Whether you’re assisting with queries at the reception desk, setting up meeting rooms using our conference technology or filling and cleaning a coffee machine, you’ll make the most of your talent – dealing with people.
The successful candidate will hold GCSE qualifications of English and Mathematics plus two ‘A’ levels would be desirable.
We are totally committed to investing in you. Right from the start, we’ll give you excellent training and all the support you need. If you are eligible, you’ll get the opportunity to gain a qualification, working towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
